THE CHALLENGE:
- MLP needed to modernize its computing environment and upgrade its existing digital core

- Desired a cloud computing environment with a modernized digital core
- Sought to digitize the factory floor platform integrating MES to Machine Tools with wireless technology and machine instruction code
- Needed to transform their CX by integrating an online customer order management system (Customer Portal) and have this integrate with shop-floor planning and production
THE SOLUTION:

- AGR provided a end-to-end system solution implementing a cloud-based digital core
- Deployed multiple additional applications/tools in the cloud that AGR integrated into a seamless system for MLP
- Project included fully implementing the digital core, including:
- Upgraded cloud ERP system
- RFID (industrial hardened ) mobility on the shop floor
- Engineering to PLC middleware
- Local environment cyber security utilities
- Enterprise documentation engine
- Customer Portal to Digital Core Integration
